With the new album, "Kill Switch," Hypnogaja has arrived at a powerful
destination. Fueled by lyrically compelling songs, dynamic arrangements and ShyBoy's soaring, melodic vocals, the band's music makes a deeply personal yet extremely universal statement. A testament to its appeal, Hypnogaja has thrived in the saturated Los Angeles music scene. Through endless touring, the band has developed a solid network of fans, performing live at high profile retail outlets such as Virgin Megastore and Tower Records and opening for bands such as Shinedown, Godhead and Depswa.

Hypnogaja is now a regular headliner at many of Los Angeles' most famous clubs, drawing enthusiastic crowds to The Viper Room, The Whisky and The Key Club.

The dark, uniquely visual quality of Hypnogaja's songs naturally translates to film and television. The band's music has been featured prominently in numerous hit movies and TV shows, including "Las Vegas" (NBC), "Tru Calling" (FOX), "Sex and the City" (HBO), "America's Next Top Model" (UPN) and the Mike Figgis-directed motion picture "Cold Creek Manor," starring Sharon Stone (Touchstone). Additionally, t-shirts and posters featuring Hypnogaja's instantly recognizable, superhero-esque logo have cropped up on programs like "Dead Like Me" (Showtime) and the NBC Movie Event "Carrie."
